Most CIT bags are made of rubberized textiles with metal inserts that function as the security seal. But when bags need repaclement, because the textile has worn out, the full product must be disposed, including the security seal that accouns for more than 70% of the bag cost.
Our solution is a design with a removable bag form the security seal, thus replacing just the textile component, while keeping the security seal, and generating great savings. The security seal is a polypropelene injection molded handle. The bag is simpler, has only one perimetral seam, making the bag itself much more theft proof.
